stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was perfect and fairly clean, it had marvellous and amazing location close to everything. exceptional service was provided here. location: the property was just next door to one try hill, pinnacle apartments and cafes/restaurants.

Pinnacle Apartments Review. Exceptional service and a fantastic location. Perfectly suited for our needs, just 0.5 km from Hamilton Island airport. the bedroom was quite good, equipped with ample climate control, a lounge area, and Netflix for entertainment.

dont waste your money

In general: From the moment we arrived we were given a three bed apartment for two of us. The booking company was very helpful and moved us to a 2bed with a view. This was however the beginning of a bad experience! Upstairs toilet broken and wasn't not fixed until last night after been told it would be done the second day of a 5day stay. Place was dirty with cockroaches seen at night and tiny ants everywhere! Broken dishwasher noisy fridge that is in a bad need of defrosting, no screen doors unlike the apartment next door, broken louver windows at front door. Aircon in master bedroom not working properly shower frame rusty in master ensuite. Clothes dryer sounded like it wanted to jump off the wall and bounce out the door (can't really blame it). When we checked out at 1030 we were dropped at the airport to wait for 3.5 hours for our flight. My partner left some clothes in a draw, we notified them the next day but it took two days to get a response! The response was that nothing was found and pretty much told bad luck! The funny thing was that the manager of pinnacle property services genelle told us her cleaning staff were very good and they did not report any lost property and they clean and check all draws and cupboards. Well how good could they be! It was several items in a small bedside table. Ummm I guess not real good then hey! They were waiting to clean the apartment as we were being rushed into the van to go to the airport. If they had found something we had left behind we were still on the island for another 3.5 hours. We were told all draws were checked and then told by the manager genelle that she checked herself and nothing was there. It's amazing how things go into a draw and disappear. I didn't realise hamilton island was now part of the bermuda triangle. So I'm left wondering whether the cleaning staff are incompetent or thieves? I would not recommend this place, especially pinnacle apartment 4 to anyone I know or anyone else I don't know. My recommendation is move along and book a nice well kept apartment with honest staff and professional cleaners or bring a tent (it will be cleaner).

The open-plan layout of the apartment was great, allowing for a spacious and comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during hot summer days. The location of the apartment was perfect, being close to everything we needed for a convenient stay.

Although there were some minor issues, such as the lack of a vacuum cleaner and uncomfortable pull-out sofa, they did not greatly impact our overall experience.

The location was top-notch, perfect for exploring the area. Our three-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Jennifer, who assisted us with transfers, was absolutely lovely. The use of a buggy was a huge bonus. The provision of a golf cart made getting around a breeze. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. The air conditioning units worked perfectly, keeping us cool in the tropical heat. The communication with the organization was great, and they even provided a free airport shuttle. our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend it for a memorable vacation.

It was convenient that everything was close so we didn't need to go far to explore. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. the bathrooms were clean and modern with a nice view. There were great kitchen facilities and a good selection of cutlery and crockery. Having a buggy included in the rental was really helpful for getting around.

There was some wear and tear on the apartment with a few minor maintenance issues.

pinnacle exceeded my expectations on my recent stay in hamilton island. the room was spacious and had all the amenities of home. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every request was met. the stunning views and the convenience of the included golf buggy made this a perfect family getaway from the city chaos.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! The main bedroom was impressive, with a private deck and a pool overlooking it. The open lounge/dining/kitchen area was great too, with an excellent view from the balcony. We also enjoyed having our own buggy for transportation purposes, which saved us a lot of time and allowed us to explore the area easily.

While there were many aspects of our stay that we enjoyed, we did encounter some maintenance issues with our room. The appliances were not functioning properly, and there were some technical issues with the televisions.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for our romantic escape. the golf buggy included in our stay was a great way to explore the area and get around easily. We also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals and dine al fresco on the balcony.

Our experience was marred by several issues with the apartment. the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the toilet seats were loose and dirty.
